 I’m sure Grandpa and Grandma never guessed their names, let alone their pictures would be published in a place called the “world wide web”, but Grandpa, Grandma, the times are a changin’ and so here it is... the first official web site for you and your posterity.
With the fast paced lives we all lead, and increasing distances apart, we wanted to have a place where we all could go to take us back to our roots. Whether it’s grandchildren away at college or Grandma surfin’ the web to see the latest pictures posted by the families, our hope is that this will be a place where all of Grandpa’s and Grandma’s descendants can come and feel like their home again.
We invite everyone to contribute information about their families. This would include family announcements including newsletters, births, weddings, and other special events you want the family to know about. Include stories, pictures, names, places, times, anything that you want should be able to be added by posting it to the site
For now the site has information for many things including a forum where you can post convresations and events. Also we have a family history section to help us remember those who came before, and pictures that remind us of good times. Their are other things we hope to add over time to keep you in touch with what’s happening in the extended family.
Contributions from all the family is encouraged and can be submitted by simply posting to the forums or the pictures the content you wish to have published. So take a few moments to look around, then post that message for all to see. Be sure to let us know what we can add that might help to make the site better.
